How did "Distance Interior Design" start ?

From time to time there was an overwhelming need of some of our clients to quickly find solutions and inspiration ideas for their spaces. They wanted the guidance of the experts but didn't at the time have the budget to complete all the rooms of their homes, offices, premises etc. What they really needed was a complete interior design solution package to be kept on "pause" and be continued later when they had what they needed. That flexible service without a long-term or financial commitment led to the idea of "Distance Interior Design" in which our clients have the chance to be supported by professionals rapidly, economical, and by distance on every project concerning interior planning, design, decoration or even renovation of residences, stores, office premises etc.

Who does the design ?

In A.VOSNAKIS LTD a group of architects and decorators is ready to handle your project. Each job is assigned to a project manager who works closely with you so as to put together your needs and find the solution that suits you best.

What are the advantages of this service ?

• are in distance and far away from us
• have specific budget available
• need fast professional guidance, smart, economical and functional solutions
• wish to create or renovate certain rooms, parts or whole spaces in their houses, offices, stores etc.
• want to work together with the professionals and achieve to imprint their personal taste into their living space.
• wish to own the whole interior design package but want to actualise it later
• want to divide the whole proccess according to their timeline and financial budget
• need to have control over their expenses (choose, organise and pay the laborer team on their own)

What are the phases of this collaboration ;

• You'll send us photos and plans of the spaces (if available) you wish to work on accompanied with a short description of your needs and goals.
• We'll shortly get back at you. You'll have to answer to a short questionnaire in order for us to completely understand all needed information before we begin work. We'll get back at you in short time with some proposals and their costs.
• You shall submit the amount of payment agreeded at the beginning of the process. We cannot begin work on your room(s) until we’ve received the fist payment is submited.
• Communication is key, so we'll be in constant contact. Sometimes we’ll call you to go over everything but in general we’ll communicate via email. During the design process, we’ll communicate with you on an as-needed basis. We welcome magazines and internet images, photos of other rooms in your home, swatches of fabrics and colors you love…anything that will tell us more about you.
• During our collaboration we're at your disposal for any inquiries and question.
• When the project is completed it's up to the client in which way he wants his completed work to be delivered. One may receive all the plans, sections etc. in digital files ready to print by email ready, or printed sheets organised in a package, shipped and delivered by courrier services.

What if I don't have plans of my spaces ?

In this case you'll have to take some measures. Don't worry we'll walk you through this process to make it simple. In every sketch room dimensions should be stated clearly. Doors and windows should be mentioned too including their exact place in your space. Any other information you think that will be usefull is welcome, such as radiators, etc.

What about my existing furniture ?

We always do our best to incorporate a client’s treasured piece. We will make a list of all the furniture and their dimensions accompanied with some photos. All or some of them will be placed again according to the most functional way.

How much will it cost me ? When and how do I pay ?

Costs depends on the "package" of work to be done. Every service has an indicative cost which you can see it by clicking here.

For the work to begin 50% in front. The rest 50% of the payment after the work is completed. When we receive full payment we'll send/ship to you your project package.

When do i get my designs ;

Depending on the project. You'll be informed from the very beggining the time needed for your project to be completed. For specific medium size rooms it usually takes 3 to 10 bussiness days.

I have received my "Distance Interior Designs" but I still have questions, will you help me ?

Through the whole process we'll be at your disposal in order for you to completely understand every detail. If you still have questions after the completion of your project or need further guidance we'll be glad to help you.

What about the workers ;

One of the pros of Distance Interior Design service is that you have the full control of your expenses. You are able to choose the people you want to work with and handle all financial matters. On the other hand, if you do not wish to handle these subjects on your own we'll be glad to guide the working-team you have chosen or suggest you a team of reliable people that we have worked with them before (in Attica)

Can we continue our collaboration in the future ?

Some of our clients wish to extend our collaboration by asking custom made furniture, tailor made structure plans, supervise the working-team (in Attica), or want additional help with their furniture, lighting, decorative items, carpet shopping etc. We're at your disposal and we'll be very glad to collaborate with you in every matter of interior design and decoration.

Will I be satisfied ;

Of course. We’ve had nothing but positive feedback because the beauty of Distance Interior Design is that you’re in charge of how much or how little of our design you use.

I want tailor-made structure and plans, what do i do ?

Many times our customers want to xreate something unique for theis living spaces, such as a custom-made structure or furniture that no one can find in stores. In this case you may contact us by email, follow the same steps as explained before and let us know what you have in mind. We'll get back at you with some proposals and it's up to you to choose the final outcome.
