ORDER

There are 3 ways to make an order :

1. Using our web site www.vosnakis-eshop.gr available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

• Browse our categories and find the products you like.
• When you find something you wish to purchase click on "Cart" button and the product will automaticly be added in your shopping cart.
• Follow the simple instructed steps and fill in the order form.
• You'll be securely asked how you want to make a payment.
• Shipping time is up to 7 bussiness days for in stock products.
• ATTENTION !! There's a minor possibility for the in-stock number of a product to be incorrect due to false information from our suppliers. In any case we'll contact you.

2. Submit order by e-mail at vosnakis@otenet.gr .

3. Order by calling us at 0030 210 9816693 , 0030 210 9836627 , bussiness days 9:30 - 19:00 and Saturday 9:30 - 13:00.

4. You're also welcome to visit our showroom and make an order in person. Our showroom is located at 10 Apollonos Anevue, Paleo Faliro (Trocadero). Please we encourage you to call us before passing by at 0030 2109816693 and 0030 2109836627.

When your order is completed an e-mail will be sent to you containing full information and your order code.

Please note :

The prices listed on the website / e-shop are in euros and include all relevant provisions adopted taxes (VAT) depending on the class and type, except shipping costs on the amounts available in the warehouse of the company. The expressly reserves the right to modify the prices on the products website / e-shop at any time, but bound by the prices quoted on the website / e-shop at the time of the request the user / client / visitor.

CANCEL AN ORDER

Cancelling an order can only be made by phone and within 3 days from the order submition. You cannot cancel an order when the product is already shipped. Custom made orders and imported product orders cannot be cancelled. If a cancel order is approved and money is deposited the bank tranfer costs will be withheld.

PAYMENT METHODS

There are 4 ways to purchase your order.

1. Through the easiest, fastest and most secure way using Viva Payments.
    You may use a credit card, pre-paid card or cash.

• You're provinding us with a valid email address and we'll send you a payment invoice.
• You'll receive a guide-email in which every step you need to do is described in detail.
• Choose the payment method that suits you best.
• Click on PAYMENT button (for credit card payments), and follow the instructions to fill in the neccessary information.
• In other payment methods (through bank deposit or phone order) follow the instructions of your bank.

2. Using credit/debit card and Paypal

by using the most well-known and secure way Paypal (www.paypal.com). You can use Paypal payment services without having an account at Paypal by using your credit/debit card. When you choose the way you wish to pay you'll be securily transfered to a Paypal page asking you Choose a way to pay. At this point you'll choose Don't have a PayPal account? and you'll fill in your card's information. Since a payment is made via Paypal only the owner with his ID will be able to pick up or receive the delivered product. Picking up an order by a third person is not permitted.

3. Bank deposit

In order to complete your order you'll have to pay the complete ammount of your purchase (please contact us first to ensure the correct ammount including shipping costs). You may pay via e-banking or bank deposit to the bank account that we'll provide you. When making the bank deposit, please indicate your full name and the order code. Payments must be made withing 3 banking days. Please note that regarding an invoice for accounting purposes should the deposit be made by the company and not by name. After payment is done please contact us by email at vosnakis@otenet.gr or call us at these numbers (0030) 2109816693, (0030) 2109836627. When the payment is confirmed we'll contact you by email or phone to let you know of the complete details of the shipping date and shipping company that will be used.

4. Cash

If you wish to pay cash you're welcome to come to our showroom at 42 Posidonos Avenue, Paleo Faliro (Flisvos)
